Oven Chicken Fingers

1 cup Italian bread crumbs

2 Tbls parmesan cheese

1 garlic clove, minced

1/4 cup vegetable oil

6 boneless, skinless chick breasts

In a plastic bag, mix bread crumbs & Parmesan cheese. Set aside. In a small bowl combine garlic & oil. Flatten the chicken to 1/2″ thickness & cut into 1″ wide strips. Dip strips in oil then coat with crumb mixture. Place on greased cookie sheet. Bake at 350 for 20 minutes or until golden brown. Makes 6 servings.
