Parmesan Herb Chicken (For a Crowd)

My mother-in-law gave this to me from Taste of Home, submitted by Phyllis Joann S. from Kansas.

2 cups grated Parmesan cheese

1/4 cup minced fresh parsley

2 Tbls dried oregano

2 tsp paprika

1 tsp salt

1 tsp pepper

12 bone-in chicken breast halves  (WHOA! Did that just say 12 chicken breast halves?!….Sure enough. Says 12 servings.)

1 cup butter, melted

In a shallow dish, combine the first 6 ingredients. Dip chicken in butter, then coat with Parmesan mixture. Place in two greased 15 x 10 x 1″ pans.  Bake, uncovered, at 350 for 40-45 minutes or until juices run clear.
