Spinach Rice Bake

10 oz package frozen spinach

1 cup cooked long grain rice

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

2 eggs, lightly beaten

1/3 cup milk

3 T finely chopped onion

2 T minced fresh parsley

2 T butter, softened

1/2 tsp salt

1/2 tsp Worcestershire sauce

1/4 tsp dried thyme

1/8 to 1/4 tsp ground nutmeg

Cook spinach according to package directions; drain well. Add the remaining ingredients; mix well. Transfer to a greased 1-quart baking dish. Cover and bake at 350 for 20 minuets. Uncover; bake 20-25 minutes longer or until a knife inserted near the center comes out clean.
